Reza Community Orchestra Code of Conduct

Code of Conduct October 2021

We appreciate that our orchestra includes players of all ages, so please  be mindful of  our Covid Code of Conduct.

Ensemble Reza’s COVID Officers for this rehearsal are Hannah Carter and Kate Hagan, who will be able to answer questions, and to ensure these rules are followed by all.

General

1. Only attend if you have signed up through the form for the rehearsal on that day.

2. Do not attend if you are displaying any of the symptoms of COVID 19 as described by NHS England, or are required or have been asked to self-isolate.

3. We would strongly encourage all participants to take a Covid test on the day of our rehearsal.

4. If you feel unwell during the rehearsal, immediately make yourself known to one of the COVID Officers, who will then make a record, help you leave the venue with minimal contact with others, and inform all attendees.

5. Inform Hannah Carter immediately by email (Hannah.carter@ensemblereza.com) if you develop COVID 19 within 14 days after the rehearsal.

At the Rehearsal

1. A register of attendees will be taken. This information will be kept for 21 days after the rehearsal in accordance with track and trace requirements.

2. We will keep a seating plan for the rehearsal and players will be asked to sit 1m apart

Physical items

1. Bring with you everything required for the rehearsal, especially a music stand, and the music (available from our virtual library) which you need to print out at home beforehand.

2. Instrument cases and all other belongings should be kept besides you and your chair in order to reduce mixing.

3. At the end, please take away all your belongings, including all rubbish.

Within and around the venue

1. We would encourage you to wear a face mask within the venue, unless you are 11 years or under or have a medical exemption.

2. Use the hand gel provided at the entrance. And/or bring your own.

3. Be respectful of people’s space. Try to maintain 1m distance from others, both inside and immediately outside the venue.
