After a short break, Music Club is returning this month for an evening of Festive Music from around the world.  Join Pavlos and the Reza team and share your favourite world festive music. 

This is a very informal and friendly group and no musical knowledge is required! You are welcome to join with a cup of tea (or something a bit stronger!) and mince pie! 

If you have a musical example you would like to contribute please email kate.hagan@ensemblereza.com with your choice by 12noon on Wednesday 14th December, and we will share your choice from our computer in the session.

If you have not attended our Music Club before, then please feel free to come and give us a try. Our sessions are friendly, FREE and very informal and no musical knowledge is required and you are welcome to simply sit back and listen to everyone else talk! 

Another great music club evening spent by our fireside. The history of folk music was wonderful to listen to and a history lesson too. A perfect Wednesday evening, thank you. 

Last night was my first time at the music club and I was treated to a kind of music I knew nothing about. It was great. And thank you for discography and article. 

Thank you Adam for putting together a really interesting talk. It was great to hear not just examples of the less familiar recordings, but also having it put in context and the development explained. Also, I really loved the Morris dance at the end - superb!
